Job Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily pharmacy operations ensuring high-quality service.
- Develop and oversee departmental policies and quality improvement measures.
- Facilitate continuing education and professional growth for staff.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and timely availability of pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in hospital educational programs and maintain competency levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.
- Current valid state Pharmacy license (Arizona state license preferred).
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Must have a minimum of five years of professional experience with two years in management, and hospital experience, ideally including inpatient, outpatient, and ER settings.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen.

- Variable; expected to cover night shifts and potentially other scheduling as required.
