Job Responsibilities
– Direct and supervise daily administrative operations to ensure quality service delivery.
– Develop and implement operational and financial outcome measures, integrating them into Quality Improvement systems.
– Oversee the creation and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures.
– Facilitate continuous process improvement and program effectiveness assessments.
– Supervise and develop staff through feedback and HR policies.

Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, with a 1-year residency.
– Three years of pharmacist experience with two years in hospital practice preferred.
– Current and active, unrestricted Pharmacist license; Arizona license preferred.
– BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
