Job Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare including health maintenance and disease prevention
• Conduct patient examinations and histories
• Prescribe medications and perform some suturing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR (Evident)

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in AZ
• Must hold a Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Must have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS certifications
• Background and drug test required

Working Hours

• 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
