Job Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of thoracic and cardiovascular surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, and aneurysm repairs.
- Conduct evaluations and manage acute volume/blood pressure issues and perform various insertion procedures like central and arterial lines.
- Provide comprehensive postoperative care and consultations as required.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Thoracic Surgery
- Fellowship in Cardio Thoracic Surgery
- Extensive experience with specialized procedures such as CABG, TAVR, and insertion of cardiac devices is preferred.
Working Hours
- On-call shifts during specified dates
- 24-hour shift coverage as required within assignment dates
