Job Responsibilities
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and stem cell infusions/transfusions
- Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications such as GVHD, CRS, and ICANS
- Conduct admissions, daily rounding, and discharge planning
- Provide patient and family education
Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- Valid MO license
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- At least 1.5–2 years of inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant APP experience
Working Hours
- Day Shift: 07:00 AM – 06:00 PM (may transition to 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM in the fall)
- Night Shift: 06:00 PM – 07:00 AM
- Coverage schedule varies monthly
Skills
- Proficiency in Epic EMR/Charting software
- Experience with managing complex medical conditions related to hematology oncology
- Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions
