Job Responsibilities
– Verify medication orders and address clinical alerts related to dosing and medication management
– Independently manage the inpatient pharmacy and ensure safe and effective medication use during overnight hours
– Utilize PharmacyOneSource for pharmacokinetic and renal dosing assessments
Qualifications
– Current MO state pharmacy license (can be pending if in process)
– BLS certification preferred
– Minimum of 1-year experience in a relevant setting
Working Hours
– Nights: Weekdays from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Weekends from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Skills
– Required: Dosing expertise (including anticoagulation therapy, geriatric, pediatric, and pharmacokinetic dosing), Intravenous preparation, Medication dispensing systems, and Pharmacotherapy management
