Job Responsibilities
- Direct and manage daily administrative operations to ensure quality service delivery.
- Develop outcome measures and integrate them into organization-wide quality improvement systems.
- Implement and evaluate policies, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Supervise staff and utilize HR policies to encourage professional growth.
- Plan and evaluate computer-based systems for data accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee purchasing and inventory management for pharmaceutical products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
- Completion of a 1-year residency is preferred.
- Three to five years of pharmacist experience; at least two years in hospital practice preferred.
- Current and valid state pharmacy license required; Arizona license preferred.
- Ability to administer immunizations and emergency medications preferred.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
Working Hours
- Dayshift with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday.
