Job Responsibilities
– Collaborate with attending physicians and respond effectively to the needs of patients in the ICU.
– Participate in daily rounds and afternoon follow-ups.
– Provide high-quality care and execute tasks independently when appropriate.

Qualifications
– Board certifications required in Acute Care with ICU experience.
– Must hold an active Massachusetts state license (NPs will not be considered unless already licensed).
– Certifications: ACLS, BLS
– DEA required
– Minimum of 2+ years in critical care experience.

Working Hours
– 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
– Weekend shifts are required.

Skills
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Epic.
