Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive care for a diverse patient population
– Communicate effectively with patients, with a strong preference for Spanish-speaking skills
– Collaborate with a robust support staff, including Medical Assistants, RNs, LVNs, and Behavioral Health professionals
– Utilize EMR system (Epic) to maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications
– Minimum of 2 years experience in Family or Internal Medicine
– Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
– Must possess a current CA medical license
– Proficiency in medical Spanish strongly desired
– Current BLS, ACLS certifications
– Clean malpractice background preferred; cases reviewed individually
Working Hours
– Shifts are typically scheduled for 8 hours each day, beginning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, including some evening shifts
– Options for extended shifts (12 hours) available depending on clinic location assignments
