Job Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain/verifies patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
- Carry out induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor the patient's physiological condition
- Perform clinical interventions as needed
Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Working Hours
- Day shift, Monday–Friday
- Optional overtime and on-call pager duties during weeknights and weekends
