Job Responsibilities
- Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
- Responsible for medical management of patients who are unconscious or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
- Obtain and verify patient consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitor patients' physiological conditions
- Perform necessary clinical interventions
Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
- ECFMG and FLEX certification
- Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
- Current physician licensure
Working Hours
- 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Weekend calls available
