Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
  • Responsible for medical management of patients who are unconscious or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Obtain and verify patient consent
  • Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitor patients' physiological conditions
  • Perform necessary clinical interventions

Qualifications

  • M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
  • ECFMG and FLEX certification
  • Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
  • Current physician licensure

Working Hours

  • 10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend calls available
