Job Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient pharmacy services, including emergency medication, critical care, cardiology, and more.
- Provide comprehensive medication management and ensure optimal pharmaceutical care.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- PharmD or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
- Experience with IV room preferred
Working Hours
- Monday through Friday
- Day shifts with guaranteed 40 weekly hours
Skills
- Proficient in using Omnicell equipment
- Experience with MedHost electronic health records
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of infectious disease, pain management, and anticoagulation therapy
