Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper utilization of medications to the right patient at the correct time and dose.
- Monitor drug therapy for contraindications, interactions, and appropriateness, adjusting as necessary.
- Apply pharmacokinetic principles to adjust dosing per protocol.
- Recommend lab tests to ensure therapy efficacy and minimize toxicities.

Qualifications
- Possession of a current Illinois Pharmacist License or Letter of Authority from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.
- BLS Certification.
Working Hours
- Shift: Overnight, 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 7 days on followed by 7 days off.
