Job Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in the outpatient clinic for adult patients.
• Collaborate with an experienced team including social work and dietitian services.
• Participate in and lead clinical services at the newly remodeled facility.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to maintaining high staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active medical license in good standing.
• Board Certification in Hematology Oncology required.
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred experience in bone marrow biopsies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours

• Expected to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday.
• Flexible start and end times: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
• 3-4 shifts per week, 4 weeks a month.
• Guaranteed 9 hours work per day with OT applicable after 10 hours.

• Proficiency in patient care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Ability to perform minor procedures like bone marrow biopsies.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both patients and team members.
