Job Responsibilities
- Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to enhance medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
- Promote continued improvements within the pharmacy's scope of practice.
- Process orders and prescriptions to deliver medications and pharmaceutical supplies as ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners.
- Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients on the safe administration of medication.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Perform additional job functions as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- 2 years of pharmacy experience required
- Valid TN license at time of submission
- Pediatrics experience required
- Driver's license must be included with submission
