Job Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to enhance medication usage and therapeutic outcomes.
  • Promote continued improvements within the pharmacy's scope of practice.
  • Process orders and prescriptions to deliver medications and pharmaceutical supplies as ordered by physicians and authorized medical practitioners.
  • Advise physicians, healthcare staff, residents, and patients on the safe administration of medication.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for medication safety, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Perform additional job functions as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of pharmacy experience required
  • Valid TN license at time of submission
  • Pediatrics experience required
  • Driver's license must be included with submission

Working Hours
