Join a dynamic inpatient facility in Spokane, WA, where you'll support a high-volume, high-acuity surgical program. This role requires experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to provide anesthesia for various procedures, focusing on head and spine cases. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with unpredictable patient encounters, starting as soon as credentialed and continuing through May 2027.

  • Schedule: Variable shifts, typically 3 days per week; 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts based on scheduled procedures

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical procedures, focusing primarily on head and spine surgeries.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals in a high-stakes trauma setting.
  • Engage in patient assessment and anesthesia care planning with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified CRNA with relevant experience in high-volume surgical settings.
  • Active DEA license and ability to practice in WA are required.
  • Must be adept in general and spinal anesthesia techniques.

Working Hours

  • Full-time requirements with a minimum of three shifts per week
  • Overtime applicable after 40 hours per week

Skills

  • Proficient in General and Spinal Anesthesia
  • Experience with pediatric and adult patient populations
  • High-level trauma experience required
  • Preferred experience in complex vascular and orthopedic cases
