Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy, delivering high-quality care
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including clinical managers, RNs, and physicists
- Conduct On Treatment Visits (OTV) once a week
- Utilize advanced radiation oncology equipment and techniques, including Varian TrueBeam and Electra-Nucletron HDR
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Radiation Oncology required
- BLS certification required
- Experience with brachytherapy, EBRT, IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT mandatory
- Familiarity with Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator and Varian TrueBeam technology preferred
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday, 8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
- No on-call duties required
- Potential for schedule adjustments based on facility needs
Skills
- Expertise in radiation treatment planning and delivery
- Proficiency in using advanced radiotherapy equipment and EMR systems (EPIC and ARIA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
