Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a consult liaison for medical and surgical services
• Evaluate and treat a range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, and personality disorders
• Provide management for 10 patient encounters per shift

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Active medical license or eligibility through IMLC
• DEA certification required

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Full-time commitment: 35-40 hours per week

Skills

• Proficient in managing various psychiatric disorders, including psychotic and organic disorders
• Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application
• Skilled in pharmacotherapy
