Join a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation hospital attached to a main healthcare facility located in Wilmington, NC. This role involves working with an interdisciplinary team, supervising 3-4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and managing a max census of 33 inpatient rehabilitation patients, primarily with neurologic diagnoses such as stroke and traumatic brain injury. As part of the team, you will lead team conferences and provide consultation services for 25-40 patients. The schedule includes day shifts with no outpatient responsibilities.

Qualifications
– Board certification is not required
– Must hold a valid BLS certification
– Experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation is preferred

Skills

– Preferred experience in acute and chronic pain management (excluding injections)
– Strong leadership and communication skills required
