Job Responsibilities

• Provide consult services such as warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, and insulin management.
• Utilize the VigiLanz software for drug information and intervention management.
• Collaborate with a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience with technician management; willing to work alone with a tech for parts of the shift.
• Familiarity with Pyxis, CIISafe, and VigiLanz.
• Advanced certifications in BLS/ALS preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in the use of Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, and BD Pyxis systems.
