Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with hematological and oncological conditions.
- Manage a blend of outpatient and inpatient cases, with the majority being outpatient work.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate patient documentation and management.
- Provide night call coverage as required.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology.
- Completed Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
- Possession of a Kentucky State License is highly preferred.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- Experience with outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology is critical.
- Capability to administer intrathecal chemotherapy and preferably intracavitary chemotherapy.
- Self-query NPDB report required at the time of presentation, within 30 days.

- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Call: 3-6 shifts per month, 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
