Job Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for patients aged 12 and older.
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 patients per shift.
- Participate in the partial hospital program with a maximum of 10 patients during the school year.
- Ensure quality care through evidence-based treatments and meet all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Ability to manage both adult and adolescent patients.
- Familiarity with a range of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, and eating disorders.
- Proficiency in pharmacotherapy and ECT, with preferred skills in involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application.
Working Hours
- Standard schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM, 7 days on followed by 7 days off with weekend night calls.
- Optional 12-hour daily schedule (7 AM – 7 PM) and 10-hour weekend schedule (7 AM – 5 PM).
