Job Responsibilities
– Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care to adults and geriatric patients.
– Engage in both outpatient office visits and inpatient rounds, with patient volumes ranging from 12-25 outpatients and 2-8 inpatients per day.
– Collaborate effectively with the existing physician and healthcare team, utilizing Epic EMR for accurate patient documentation.
Qualifications
– Board Certified in Medical Oncology [Required]
– Board Certified in Hematology [Highly Preferred]
– Active VA License [Required]
– Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification [Required]
– Meet insurance coverage requirements as per VA statute limitations
