Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive dental care to a balanced patient population of children and adults.
– Ensure chart closure within 72 hours post-appointment.
– Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications
– Active DEA license required before start.
– Immunizations required before the start date: 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR, Hep B, and Varicella Zoster Titers or Complete Immunization Series, and Tdap Immunization.

Working Hours
– Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
