Job Responsibilities
– Manage daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy

Qualifications
– Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BS-Pharm) degree with 3 years of experience
– Current valid and unrestricted pharmacy license in a U.S. state or territory
– Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification with the American Heart Association
– Minimum of three years of experience as a Registered Pharmacist
