Job Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care based on clinical assessments.
– Engage in the EPIC and Cerner system conversion to ensure seamless operation.

Qualifications
– Graduate of a school of pharmacy: Required
– Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: Preferred
– CA license: Required
– Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within the last 12 months
– Cerner experience: Required
– Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred

Working Hours
– 10 hours per day, scheduled within a day shift framework
– Must adhere to the contract's specified duration
