Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 call coverage for emergent GYN and occasional OB procedures
- Handle a low volume of patient encounters with an emphasis on quality and swift response
- Conduct required gynecological surgeries, including laparoscopic and operative procedures
- Ensure high-quality patient care in emergent situations
Qualifications
- Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active BLS certification
- Comfortable with laparoscopic diagnostic/minor and operative/major gynecological procedures
- Capable of managing emergencies in a hospital setting
Working Hours
- Several consecutive 24-hour pager call shifts, one week per month
