2. Promotion Period

The “Nurses Who Go Beyond” Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins on April 29, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on May 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry
• Void where prohibited by law
• Employees of Trusted Talent and their immediate family members are not eligible

4. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Post a video or photo on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook nominating a nurse
2. Tag @TrustedTalent and use the hashtag #NursesWhoGoBeyond
3. Complete the official nomination form on the campaign landing page

All three steps are required for a valid entry.

5. Entry Requirements

• Video or photo must be original and created by the entrant
• Must not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content
• Must not infringe on any third-party rights
• Entrant must have permission from the nominated individual

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these requirements.

6. Prize

• Five (5) winners will be selected
• Each winner will receive a Spa Day Experience Gift Card (approximate retail value: $250)

Prize Conditions:

• Non-transferable
• No cash alternative unless required by law
• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value
• Any expenses not explicitly included are the responsibility of the winner

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by Trusted Talent based on:

• Quality of nomination
• Impact of story
• Alignment with campaign theme

This is a skill-based selection, not a random drawing.

8. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted via email or direct message within 5 business days after the Promotion Period ends
• If a winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected

9. Publicity Release

By entering, entrants grant Sponsor the right to:

• Use submitted content (video, story, names)
• Use the name and likeness of both entrant and nominated nurse

For:

• Marketing
• Social media
• Promotional purposes

Without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

10. User Generated Content License

By submitting an entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Use
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute

The submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes.

11. Consent & Permissions

Entrant represents that:

• They have permission to submit the nomination
• The nominated nurse has consented to being featured
• All information submitted is accurate

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures
• Lost, late, or incomplete entries
• Platform outages or interruptions
• Unauthorized access or tampering

13. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

14. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion
• Disqualify any individual attempting to tamper with the process

15. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
