Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including general, orthopedic, ophthalmology, gynecology, ENT, and plastic surgery.
- Collaborate with an anesthesiologist and support staff depending on the location.
- Manage less than 20 patients per day efficiently.
Qualifications
- Board Certification required
- State license required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, or at least 1 year working independently
Working Hours
- 2-3 shifts per week, predominantly during daytime hours
- Will cover shifts primarily at two different locations with varying hours
Skills
- Experience with regional anesthesia (spinals, peripheral nerve blocks) is beneficial but not mandatory
- Competency in using Cerner EMR system
