Job Responsibilities
– Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and managing other obstetric and gynecologic cases.
– Collaborate with an OBHG hospitalist, surgical assistants, and a dedicated nursing staff.
– Maintain thorough documentation using the EPIC EMR system.
– Participate in a call rotation 1:4 while handling nursery admissions and other relevant responsibilities.

Qualifications
– Board Certified in OB/GYN
– Active Virginia DEA and CSR
– Active Virginia Medical License
– Certification in ABOG and BLS
– Clean background with no malpractice history
– Ability to cover both clinic and call coverage

Working Hours
– Various shifts, including selected weekdays and weekends in May, June, and July
– Clinic days may not require night calls following the shift

Skills
– Proficiency in managing obstetric emergencies such as ectopic pregnancies and ovarian torsion
– Expertise in performing C-sections and other gynecologic procedures
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with medical professionals and support staff
