As a locum tenens provider, you are required to cover night shifts primarily catering to adult and pediatric populations in a level 4 trauma center. The position offers 12-hour shifts focused on optimizing patient outcomes and working within a professional and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive emergency and trauma care to patients of all ages, adhering to facility protocols.
  • Manage approximately 18-20 patient encounters per shift.
  • Coordinate with available support services including radiology and laboratory for timely patient care.

Qualifications

  • Board certified in Emergency Medicine or Board Certification Eligible.
  • Current certifications required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS.
  • Experience in emergency medicine settings and handling diverse age groups.
  • Must be internally credentialed within a tight deadline.

Working Hours

  • Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on May 20, 21, 22, 28, and 29.
