Job Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and complete charting by end of the day
• Conduct follow-ups on test/lab results with patients
• Manage a variety of neurological conditions including headaches, migraines, and epilepsy
• Administer treatments such as Botox and nerve blocks

Qualifications

• Active CA license and DEA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 3-5 years of residency
• Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient Neurology experience
• Experience with EMR, preferrably EPIC

Working Hours

• Minimum of 3 days a week, with potential for full-time coverage
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day

Skills

• Competence in general neurology and migraine management
• Proficiency with EEG, epilepsy management, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Ability to work independently and handle patient interactions via EMR
• Familiarity with managing patient panels and prior authorizations
