Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
- Ensure chart closure within 72 hours.
- Maintain a minimum of 18 patient encounters per day.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Must have 3 years of experience in a similar setting.
- California NP license with Furnishing License including Schedule II.
- Active DEA license required before starting.
- Compliant with immunization requirements including Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccines.
