We are seeking a Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner with a specialty in Orthopedic Surgery to join our team at a reputable healthcare facility. This opportunity involves providing comprehensive care in both a clinic and surgical setting. This role includes taking calls and assisting with various orthopedic surgeries. The position offers a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with call duties 5-7 days a month, including night and weekend call.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an orthopedic clinic and assist in surgery
- Participate in call duties, including nights and weekends
- Collaborate with surgeons in the operating room
- Manage patient follow-ups and documentation
Qualifications
- Active California license and CA DEA
- Board Certified with BLS certification
- At least two years of clinical activity focusing on trauma orthopedics
- Comfortable assisting with various orthopedic surgeries
Working Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with an hour lunch
- Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00/5:00 PM
- Night call from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- 24-hour call on weekends
