– Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
– Patient Population: Adult
– Location: Santa Cruz, CA

Job Responsibilities
– Deliver expert hematology and oncology care using advanced treatment modalities.
– Collaborate with nurse navigators, social workers, and other team members to support patients from diagnosis to survivorship.
– Utilize the primary outpatient infusion center for patient care, enhancing comfort and safety.

Qualifications
– Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology (Highly Preferred)
– Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program (Required)
– Active CA License and DEA (Required)
– Active BLS (Highly preferred; can be obtained during credentialing)
– Clean malpractice/background record (Required)

Working Hours
– Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
