Job Responsibilities
- Provide primary call coverage in a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Perform neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomy and craniectomy, EVD placement, and spine surgery
- Manage critically injured patients, focusing on intensive care for traumatic brain injuries and brain tumors
Qualifications
- Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
- Recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma center
- Active CO License or IMLC required
- ACLS and BLS certifications highly preferred
- DEA registration
Working Hours
- 24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
- Weekend shifts included
Skills
- Proficiency in neurosurgery and trauma care
