Job Responsibilities

• Provide primary call coverage in a Level 1 Trauma facility
• Perform neurosurgical procedures, including craniotomy and craniectomy, EVD placement, and spine surgery
• Manage critically injured patients, focusing on intensive care for traumatic brain injuries and brain tumors

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurological Surgery
• Recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma center
• Active CO License or IMLC required
• ACLS and BLS certifications highly preferred
• DEA registration

Working Hours

• 24-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend shifts included

Skills

• Proficiency in neurosurgery and trauma care
• Ability to manage inpatient intensive care patients
• Experience with Epic EMR
