Job Responsibilities
– Collaborate with a supervising physician and other healthcare providers in managing emergency department patients
– Perform EKG interpretations
– Oversee and supervise paramedics via radio communication
– Engage with various consulting services including, but not limited to, Radiology, Critical Care, Cardiology, and Psychiatry
Qualifications
– Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (AANP)
– Active Massachusetts license
– ACLS certification required
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room
Working Hours
– Varied shifts available, no on-call or weekend requirements
Skills
– Strong clinical skills in emergency medicine and trauma care
