Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to both clinic and hospital patients, alternating weekly between inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Manage 15–18 clinic patients per day and 8–15 hospital patients per day.
  • Collaborate with a team of four physicians and assigned medical assistant.
  • Participate in device clinics and support general and invasive cardiology as well as electrophysiology services.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 1+ year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner
  • Clean background and no history of malpractice preferred
  • Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership

Working Hours

  • Rotating schedule within hospital and clinic, Sunday through Saturday work week.

Skills

  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR, with required unpaid EPIC training prior to start.
  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
