Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to both clinic and hospital patients, alternating weekly between inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Manage 15–18 clinic patients per day and 8–15 hospital patients per day.
- Collaborate with a team of four physicians and assigned medical assistant.
- Participate in device clinics and support general and invasive cardiology as well as electrophysiology services.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1+ year of work experience as a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner
- Clean background and no history of malpractice preferred
- Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership
Working Hours
- Rotating schedule within hospital and clinic, Sunday through Saturday work week.
Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR, with required unpaid EPIC training prior to start.
- Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
