Job Responsibilities
– Provide surgical care and perform general surgery procedures
– Participate in a variable call schedule, handling approximately 2 surgical cases per day
– Perform procedures including laparoscopic surgery, cholecystectomy, and GI endoscopy such as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy

Qualifications
– Board Certified in General Surgery
– Current Ohio medical license
– ACLS Certification
– Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of application

Working Hours
– Variable shifts based on call schedule spanning 7-10 days each month

Skills
– Proficiency in laparoscopic and general surgical procedures
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work collaboratively with well-trained OR staff
– Experience with Epic EMR system is preferred
