Job Responsibilities

  • First assist in neurosurgery procedures, including spine surgeries
  • Perform minor procedures such as suturing wounds and wound aspirations
  • Provide comprehensive care under the supervision of a neurosurgery attending physician
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers for patients admitted through the ICU

Qualifications

  • Experience in surgical assistance with a focus on neurosurgery
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems
  • Ability to perform required procedures independently
  • Licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Optional on-call shifts available with additional compensation
