Job Responsibilities
- First assist in neurosurgery procedures, including spine surgeries
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing wounds and wound aspirations
- Provide comprehensive care under the supervision of a neurosurgery attending physician
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for patients admitted through the ICU
Qualifications
- Experience in surgical assistance with a focus on neurosurgery
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR systems
- Ability to perform required procedures independently
- Licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant
