Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to deliver highest quality service.
- Develop operational and financial measures for quality improvement.
- Implement and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.
- Oversee and enhance staff professional growth.
- Lead efficient management of purchasing and inventory systems.
- Participate in orientation and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications
- Five years of professional experience with two years in management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred, including one year of residency.
- Current and valid state Pharmacy license.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.

- Flexible scheduling with emphasis on night shifts and floating to inpatient settings.
