Job Responsibilities
- Work as the sole pharmacist in the acute care "drug room" setting.
- Collaborate with a pharmacy technician and a pharmacy informatics RN to manage pharmaceutical services.
- Perform PIC duties as necessary, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage 340B contract pharmacy operations, if applicable.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed pharmacist in Oregon.
- Previous hospital retail experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with 340B contract pharmacy operations is beneficial.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Option for varied hours including 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Skills
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist.
- Proficient in using the Cerner charting system.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients.
