Job Responsibilities
- Conduct sterile compounding and ensure compliance with ACPE-accredited standards.
- Manage medication distribution, compounding, and dispensing in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.
Qualifications
- Hospital pharmacy experience required.
- ACPE-accredited Sterile Compounding Certification and TSBP license required.
Working Hours
- Evening shifts: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, including rotating weekends.
