Job Responsibilities
– Provide primary healthcare to patients, focusing on health maintenance and disease prevention
– Conduct patient examinations and take medical histories
– Prescribe medications and perform minor procedures such as suturing
– Work under the direct supervision of a physician when required
– Use electronic medical records system (EMR), specifically Evident
Qualifications
– Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program
– Current AZ license
– PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS certification required
– Successful completion of background and drug test
Working Hours
– Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM with a 1/2-hour lunch
Skills
– Strong clinical skills in patient examination, medical history taking, and medication prescription
– Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Evident
– Excellent communication and patient education abilities
