Job Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care within the hospital setting, including critical access and compounding.
- Work collaboratively in inpatient and outpatient environments, including chemo/infusion services.
- Utilize EPIC Willow for effective charting and patient record management.
Qualifications
- Iowa Pharmacist License required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1+ years of hospital pharmaceutical experience needed.
- Experience in critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo/infusion, and compounding mandatory.
Working Hours
- 8-hour shifts, 3 days a week (blocked days, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM).
- No weekends or on-call duties.
- Holiday shifts as needed.
