Job Responsibilities
– Provide direct patient care by diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.
– Conduct pelvic exams, Pap smears, and STI screening/treatment with a focus on preventive care.
– Collaborate with University Counseling and Psychological Services for integrated mental health care.
– Lead health education initiatives and emergency response.
– Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to prescribing protocols.
Qualifications
– Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
– Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
– Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
– DEA License and CPR/BLS certification.
– Experience with EHR systems and telemedicine.
– Preferred: Experience with LGBTQ+ inclusive care, supervisory roles, and additional board certifications.
