Job Responsibilities
– Engage in order entry and verification for safe medication use.

Qualifications
– Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
– Recent hospital experience preferred; pharmacy residency experience advantageous.
– Advanced practice certifications are a plus.
– Current license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days.
