Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an outpatient clinic
- Perform routine exams, preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Ensure accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active state license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Comfortable seeing a small percentage of pediatric patients (preferred but not required)
- Previous outpatient clinic experience preferred
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No nights, weekends, or call obligations
