Job Responsibilities
– Prepare and record patient history, develop care plans, and document symptoms and diagnoses
– Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and respond to coding/documentation queries
– Conduct diagnostic studies, perform minor outpatient surgical procedures, and assist in surgery
– Conduct hospital rounds, write orders, and manage orthopedic emergencies

Qualifications
– Board Certified
– Oregon License required
– Must be available full-time with the ability to work nights and weekends
– Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership
– NPDB self-query and CAQH login required at the time of submission

Working Hours
– Work week is Sunday through Saturday
– Includes night and weekend shifts
