Job Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic services and analysis for a range of pathology cases, including breast, colon, derm, Gyn, lung, stomach, prostate, thyroid, frozen sections, and FNAs.
- Collaborate effectively with other pathologists and clinical staff.
- Maintain and update records within the Cerner Fusion EMR system.
- Participate in an equitable call schedule, responding to inquiries and providing remote consultations.
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology required
- Active Texas medical license
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a busy hospital setting
- Experience with AP/CP is necessary
- Ability to obtain expedited privileges within 30-45 days

- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM on-site
- Call Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- 24-hour call coverage on Saturday and Sunday
