Job Responsibilities

• Provide solo coverage in a busy Emergency Room setting.
• Collaborate with mid-level split coverage for efficient patient care.
• Utilize Meditech 6.1 EMR system for all patient documentation.
• Engage with an annual patient volume of 32,000, seeing 18-20 patients per 12-hour shift.
• Be open to working in an open ICU environment.

Qualifications

• Must be NC Medicaid credentialed and enrolled in PECOS.
• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Certifications required: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.

Working Hours

• Shifts primarily 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift options.
• Flexible start and end dates beginning November 4, 2025.

Skills

• Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills in emergency situations.
• Experience with high patient volumes and fast-paced environments.
